Project: Meyrick Court brochure, website and marketing material
New entrants to the property developing business JDS Residential wanted to make their mark with the launch of their prestigious Meyrick Court apartments. With our experience working with developers on projects large and small Tonic were their first choice to produce their marketing material. In a slow market, and aware that competition was fierce in the Meyrick Court area, Tonic produced a stunning brochure and website that assisted their appointed agents to exceed all expectations with the speed with which they were able to sell the first phrase of apartments released.
