Buying or selling your home can be a stressful, and often confusing process which is why estate agents Spicer McColl launched their innovative Move Manager Pack and commissioned Tonic to create an easy to use step-by-step guide to take the vendor or purchaser easily through the steps of buying or selling their property. Tonic's solution was to adopt the mindset of the homebuyer and seller and use impactful imagery combined with clear concise copy bound in a contempory opaline polypropalene binder to take Spicer McColl's customers by the hand through the process.
